Urban Drug Empire and Urban Dope Empire End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (referred to as "User" or "you") and Cybertale Games LTD (referred to as "Company," "we," or "our") governing the use of the Urban Drug Empire and Urban Dope Empire mobile application ("App").

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Ownership

You acknowledge and agree that the App, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by Company. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the App.

​

​3. Permitted Use

You may use the App solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You shall not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of the App.

• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

4. User Content

You may have the ability to submit or upload content within the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content for the purpose of providing and promoting the App.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Company may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.

​6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales..

8. Changes to the Agreement

Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time, effective upon posting the revised version on our website or notifying you within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
